KONSTRUKSI PEMBERITAAN PENOLAKAN UNTUK MENYOLATKAN JENAZAH NENEK HINDUN (Analisis Framing: Robert N. Entman Di Liputan6.com dan Republika.co.id Pada Tanggal 10-14 Maret 2017)

Abstract

This study aims to get a picture of how the framing of news done by Liputan6.com and Republika.co.id about the rejection of the sholati corpse of Grandmother Hindun. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to framing the news about the rejection of sholati corpse of Grandmother Hindun done by online media Liputan6.com and Republika.co.id in period 10 - 14 March 2017. Researcher use framing analysis theory by Robert N. Entman. The subject of this research is online media Liputan6.com and Republika.co.id. The object of this research is the news text about the rejection of sholati corpse of Grandma Hindun in period 10-14 March 2017. The data is collected through observation, literature study, and documentation about the object of research. Result of research based on 4 element framing Robert N. Entman is from the define problem of online media liputan6.com equally defines this problem to the moral realm. Diagnose the cause of online media liputan6.com states the cause of the problem is the citizens, while republika.co.id declared the cause of the problem is the media. Make moral judgement liputan6.com gives moral message that is behavior does not mensholatkan corpse away from islamic value, while republika.co.id give moral message that religion can not be linked with political interest. Treatment recommendation liputan6.com provides problem solving by dismissing the news because of the ahok command, while republika.co.id provides problem solving by stopping the issue due to the order of the family of the grandmother of hindun.
