7PEMBINGKAIAN BERITA KONTROVERSI PEMBANGUNAN SIRKUIT MOTOGP DI JAKABARING PALEMBANG SUMATERA SELATAN

Abstract

The aim of this research is to knowing more how the online media Tribunnews.com enchase the controversy news about the construction of the MotoGP’s circuit in Jakabaring, Palembang, South Sumatera. The question researcher purposed is how the Tribunnews.com media report the controversy construction MotoGP’s circuit in Jakabaring, Palembang, South Sumatera. The approach the researcher use in this research using the analysis frame method with the tools analysis by Robert N. Entman. The data is collected by some text news and literature work from various media. Then analyzed using four elements from Robert N. Entman and they are define problem, diagnose cause, make moral judgement and treatment recommendation. The result which is the summarized by researcher is that the media has a frame and construction of the news controversy development of MotoGP’s circuit in Jakabaring, Palembang, South Sumatera. This construction has no clarity when it will be build. The news in the Tribunnews.com reported about the preparation of the South Sumatera Government in preparing a land area of 120 hectares for the construction of the MotoGP’s circuit in Jakabaring, Palembang and if the construction does not use the APBN, then the Chairman of the Perindo, Harry Tanoesoedibjo will be ready to give a fund to constrution. But if they want to us APBN, then Alex Noerdin has to requested to deliver an official letter of submission to the president and Menpora, because previously this is only a new plan.
