To achieve the success of an event, knowing the right event management strategy is important. The problem formulation is “how the public relations strategy of the fragrant sweet coffee shop in managing the Ngopi Harum Manis event.” The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a qualitative approach. The research uses post-positivism and the Event Management Concept by Goldblatt (2002) and Silvers (2004). The research subjects are Public Relations and Event Specialist, Head of Marketing, and Social Media Officer. The object of the research is an event held by the Harum Manis Coffee Shop, namely Ngopi Harum Manis. The results showed that the Public Relations of the Harum Manis Coffee Shop had implemented an event strategy in accordance with the Event Management Concept by Goldblatt and Silvers to manage the event.
