Abstract




Angkringan or warung angkringan is one of the forms of the concept of selling food and beverages which is usually in the form of a mobile shop with a simple tent. Angkringan operating hours are usually from afternoon to evening, even until early morning. But the lack of marketing promotion or marketing packaging of this angkringan culinary creates less competition between angkringan culinary and other culinary in the Pamulang area of South Tangerang. The creation of this work aims to enhance the culinary potential of this angkringan cuisine in order to compete with other culinary delights. The illustration book is one of the solutions to enhance the culinary potential of angkringan with other culinary, and the illustration book will be published via digital from it it will be very easy for people to create the digital illustration book.
