PERANCANGAN ANIMASI BUDI DAN LULU TENTANG MENGHARGAI TUMBUHAN UNTUK ANAK KELAS 3 SD DI TANGERANG SELATAN

Abstract

This work aims to educate school children in grade 3 elementary school aged 8 – 9 years, to better know the importance of loving and appreciating plants in the surrounding environment. This method of creation is done by studying literature through books, the internet, and field studies, namely observations and interviews with related parties such as the head of the organization of Rumah Animasi Budi Luhur (RABL). According to the source, the need for animated video as an alternative learning medium during the COVID-19 pandemic as it is today is not in doubt. Many schools use online classroom systems as a way to reduce the spread of the virus. In addition, the theme chosen by the source is “Appreciating Plants” as a value of dignity. Therefore, the creator wants to help the procurement of animation as an alternative media for elementary school children by making educational animated videos about loving plants. So it is expected that children can more easily absorb the lessons delivered and get an interesting learning experience.
