PENGARUH WEBSITE TRIBRATAJAKBAR.COM TERHADAP KINERJA ANGGOTA POLSEK KEBUN JERUK (Studi Eksplanatif Pada Anggota Polsek Kebun Jeruk)

Abstract

Website Tribratajakbar.com is an online media which is used by POLRI Institution as an indirect communication media to the society and a control tool of the performance of member of POLRI. The purpose of this study is to find out how big is the effect of Website Tribratajakbar.com (X) toward the performance of members of Polsek Kebun Jeruk (Y) by using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The metode which is used in this research is quantitative method by using explanative survey. This research is using purposive sampling technique with the sample of 91 respondents. The data which are obtained by using questionnaire (scale of likert) and produced by using SPSS ver 19. This research is using regression test for answering the hypothesis which is proposed by the writer. The result of regression test through summary model is obtained R counting as 0,779 and R square as 0,607 which if presented will be 60,7% can be concluded that Ho is rejected and the hypothesis of Ha is accepted. It means that there is a strong influence between the variable of Website tribratajakbar.com toward the performance of the member of Polsek Kebun Jeruk, 60,7%, the remain 39,3% is the other variables which are not inspected in this research.
