FUNGSI PROGRAM NGOPI PADA FACEBOOK KOMPAS TV SEBAGAI SUMBER INFORMASI BAGI WARGA KOMPLEKS KOSTRAD DI PETUKANGAN JAKARTA SELATAN

Abstract

The theory used in this study is the concept of the function of mass communication. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study were residents of the Kostrad complex who followed and searched for information sources on Kompas TV's Facebook. The results of this study show that the Coffee Program Function on Kompas TV's Facebook is a source of information related to covid 19 for residents of the Kostrad complex in Petukangan, South Jakarta. The information function allows the informant to understand the news written by Facebook Kompas TV in the Ngopi program in the form of events that are currently happening, for example news about the increase in COVID-19 cases, the dangers of vaccines, and others from there the informant gets information. and make the information as needed. and the supervisory function can be used as an evaluation material for informants, meaning that informants can participate in monitoring the dangers of the new variant of covid 19, rampant crime in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic, being alert for the fast and easy transmission of the corona delta virus.
