Abstract




This study aims to find out how public relations efforts in disseminating the program your mask protects me my mask protects you at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research methods. The subject of this research is the public relations of PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, and the object of this research is public relations efforts in socializing the program your mask protects me my mask protects you at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. The theory used in this research is Harwood Childs' strategic theory of public relations activities. The paradigm in this research is Constructivism. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, documentation, and data were also obtained through literature study. The result of this research is that the efforts made by public relations in disseminating the program your mask protects me my mask protects you at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories shows that PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories makes publication efforts to persuasion employees, and makes anticipation efforts in argumentation and then makes efforts to maintain a positive image company to its employees. And in socializing the program your mask protects me my mask protects you at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories running effectively because it can increase employee awareness in carrying out the Covid 19 health protocol so that violations of the Covid 19 health protocol can be minimized.
