Abstract
This study aims to find out how the public relations communication strategy implemented by the Health Insurance Agency of the City of South Tangerang in socializing the JKN Mobile application. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the public relations strategy of the Social Security Administration Agency of the City of South Tangerang in promoting the JKN Mobile application. Researchers used the Communication Strategy Concept from Anwar Afirin. The subjects of this study were the Head of Expansion and Compliance, Relationship officers, BPJS Health participants, the subjects consisted of key informants and informants. The object of this research is the public relations communication strategy of the health insurance provider body in disseminating the South Tangerang JKN Mobile Application. Researcher data collection is obtained through observation, interview, and literature study. The results of the study found that the public relations strategy of the South Tangerang City Social Security Health Organizers in disseminating the JKN Mobile application using communication strategies summarized in the process of getting to know the audience, composing messages, setting methods, and selection of media use with the aim that information is conveyed properly to the audience .
