PENDEKATAN TIPE REFLEKTIF PADA DOKUMENTER “MELEBIHI BATAS” SEBAGAI POTRET TINGGINYA TINGKAT KECELAKAAN TRUK TANAH DI TANGERANG

Abstract

Rapid growth and development in urban areas led to the increasing needs of infrastructure and basic urban facilities such as housing, apartment, hotel, education, market, and so on. In the construction phase, such as land procurement and decomposition, there is a means of transportation. The use of a large capacity truck is true to increase development efficiency, such as time, energy and budget. But not least the negative impact of large-capacity trucks, ranging from road damage to mental casualties. In terms of carriage, not a few dump trucks are over-loaded and cross-free. The problem of the truck in the district of Tangerang is actually stipulated in the Regent Regulation Number 47 year 2018, on the restrictions on the schedule of goods and mining products. The creator's goal with this investigative documentary is to deepen and uncover the fact of alleged infringement by a large- capacity truck driver. In this investigative documentary the Creators act as director. The designer performs 3 stages i.e. pre production, production, and post production. The designer as director uses the Reflexive type as it corresponds to the message that the designer wants to convey through a visual in the opening of the truth. The designer used a handheld camera technique into a "exceeded limit" documentary because it perfectly matched the theme of the investigation which often ignored the visual composition and emphasized more on the object being taken and attempted to feature interesting visuals and stories, so that the work can be enjoyed by the audience.
