ANALISIS FRAMING BERITA PENETAPAN AHOK SEBAGAI KOMISARIS UTAMA PT. PERTAMINA PADA MEDIA DETIKCOM EDISI 22 NOVEMBER 2019

Abstract

Online media Detikcom is the online media reporting which framed the news about the determining Ahok as the Main Commissioner of PT. Pertamina by Erick Thohir. Data collection was obtained through literature and text studies from the main source of Detikcom through its official website. The results of study showed that Detikcom constructed the polemic news on the establishment of Ahok to replace the figure of Tanri Abeng who previously served as the cause of the problem. Detikcom gave a solution by giving a statement from the minister of the state Erick Thohir that the appointment process of Ahok as the Main Commissioner in order to provide better changes such as reducing oil and gas imports and increasing the construction of oil refineries. Theoretical suggestions from researchers for further research, in determining the frame of a news story can use the theory of researchers for further research, in determining the frame of a news story can use framing theory that suits the researcher so that it can be a reference as a much better learning material. Practical advice from researchers, given that each mass media has different backgrounds and objectives, it is necessary to have mass media that can provide information in a professional manner, namely to provide transparent information and not to certain parties.
