Abstract
The world of the Indonesian television industry is inseparable from the actual information that is a reference for a program that has succeeded in attracting the attention of viewers to get information that does not contain hoaxes. The Production Team is the key to the success of a program through its performance and creativity. Morning Parliament's Voice is one of the news programs that is delivered casually is a mainstay of Parliament's TVR and is a program that has a lot of actual news about activities in the DPR RI. Therefore, the researcher aims to describe the communication strategy used by the Production Team in Improving Program Quality so that the program can become a quality program and be the choice of the public in finding actual information. Researchers using this research have the aim to find out and describe how the Production Team's Communication Strategy in Improving the Quality of the Morning Parliamentary Voice Program at Parliament TVR. The research method used was qualitative, with a descriptive approach. The object of this research is to discuss the Communication Strategy of the Production Team in Improving the Quality of the Morning Parliamentary Voice Program. Using Middleton's Strategy & Communication Planning Theory (1980) analyzed is a program strategy using the POAC strategy approach, namely: Planning, Organizing, Acting, and Controlling (monitoring / evaluating) using a qualitative descriptive approach with the post-positivism paradigm. . The results of this study are the Morning Parliament Voice Program production team uses a strategy by adding more news items or content and the superiority of the morning parliamentary vote program is that it is faster to get news information about activities in the DPR RI. This program also reports news that is being discussed by the public. The production team will emphasize the latest and actual news and invite several speakers or experts to conduct an interview session in the last segment that is being discussed to get more accurate information. The production team also conducted a time duration strategy during the production process, and conducted an evaluation in the post-process to see the shortcomings of each segment.
