This research discusses the Public Relations function of Youth and Tourism Department of Cilacap Regency Government to popularize the Cipari hot spring as tourist destination. The issue of this research problem is how the public relations function of the Department of Youth Sports and tourism Cilacap to popularize the Cipari hot spring. The concepts used in this research are PENCILS: publication, event, news, community involment, identity media, reports and social responsibility.
