MANAJEMEN PRODUKSI RADIO MERSI FM 93.90 DALAM MENGINFORMASIKAN PSBB TANGERANG SELATAN (STUDI DESKRIPTIF PADA PROGRAM BANDAR JAKARTA PERIODE 20-22 APRIL 2020)

Abstract

This research intends to know how production management Bandar Jakarta Program Mersi Radio FM 93.90 in informing the South Tangerang PSBB period 20-22 April 2020. This research uses broadcasting management concept theory by Peter Pringle. In this research uses qualitative descriptive method with post-positivisme paradigm. The research subject is production team on Bandar Jakarta program. The research object is production management Bandar Jakarta Program Mersi Radio FM 93.90 in informing PSBB Tangerang Selatan. Data collection is done through depth interview and observation of key informan and informan. The results of the research indicate that the function of production management carried out by the Bandar Jakarta program consists of the planning stage as an initial stage in informing the South Tangerang PSBB for three days, the Program Director prepared carefully with the production team to prepare material related to PSBB while the COVID-19 deployment was still available. At the organizing stage, in the division of work the production team of Bandar Jakarta program had limited human resources to deliver the South Tangerang PSBB in several segments of events and public service announcement. In the briefing phase consists of activities providing motivation, communication, leadership and training conducted for three days by the Program Director as the person responsible for the course of the program. The last stage is the supervision stage, there are two activities carried out by Bandar Jakarta program production team, namely supervision and control by the Program Director and holding an evaluation meeting to evaluate broadcasts on Bandar Jakarta program.
