Abstract

The aim of this research is to find the tthe PT Ids Medical Systems Indonesia's Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy in Building a Corporate Image through the KREKI Application Program (Indonesian Health Emergencies Volunteer Community). The KREKI (Indonesian Health Emergency Volunteer Community) application program is a place for volunteers to join and help people who need emergency help, volunteers can directly contact the nearest ambulance or hospital by using the application. In this study, researchers used the concept of CSR Community Development. The paradigm used is the post-positivism paradigm using a qualitative approach. This research method is descriptive. The conclusion from the results of this study is the corporate social responsibility strategy of PT Ids Medical Systems Indonesia in building a corporate image through the application program KREKI (Indonesian Community for Emerging Health Volunteers) is in accordance with the concept of CSR. The concept of CSR consists of Community Development and Relations Development, in this study the company uses the concept of CSR community development.
