PERANCANGAN BUKU ILUSTRASI MENGENAI “CARA MELINDUNGI DIRI DARI BENCANA KEBAKARAN” UNTUK USIA 7-11 TAHUN SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN

Abstract

The research of this work aims to develop information on preventing fire disasters and how to self-evacuate to protect oneself from fire disasters, in the form of illustrated books for the education of children aged 7-11 years and provide new alternatives in delivering information in more interesting teaching. to children aged 7-11 years about how to avoid fire disasters and protect themselves from fire disasters. The formulation of the idea for the creation of this work is that the creator wants to make an upward illustration book and the media used in this illustration book work is printed media. The method of creating this work is carried out by literature study through books, internet, and field studies, namely conducting interviews with BPBD South Tangerang and teachers of the 03 Negri Elementary School pesanggrahan. The conclusion of this work is an illustration that plays an important role in children's story books and is a very supportive element as well as the use of colors and typography which must be appropriate for use so that children can easily understand what the content is conveyed.
