Abstract




The purpose of this study is as follows to determine the employee relations strategy PT IDS Medical System Indonesia an effort to motivate employees. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the employee relations strategy PT IDS Medical System Indonesia an effort to motivate employees. A theory used in this research was the Theory of Employee Relations from Rosady Ruslan. The subject of this study was the director of Marketing Communications, Operations, Logistic, Customer Experience, dan Revenue Funnel Management, the subject consisted of Key Informants and Informants. The object of this study is the employee relations strategy PT IDS Medical System Indonesia an effort to motivate employees. Researcher data collection was obtained through non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and obtained data from relevant literature and documentation studies. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are PT IDS Medical System Indonesia undertook an employee relations strategy by meeting the needs of employees. 1) Education and Training Programs such as organizing English Partner Class, E-Cornel activities as well as regular training courses. 2) The company's Work Motivation Achievement Program provides activities namely HEART Awards and CEO Awards. 3) Award Program by giving gold coins to employees who have worked for at least 5 (five) years and above which are held in the Annual Awards and Appreciation activities or commonly called AAA. 4) Special Event Program, namely by organizing internal activities such as Kampoeng Operation, religious activities, All and New, and Family Gathering. 5) The Internal Communication Media Program is by creating a company bulletin called KEPO.
