PERAN PROJECT LEADER UNTUK PERSUASIF REMAJA DALAM MASA PANDEMI MELALUI KAMPANYE CREATIVE YOUTH COOKPAD INDONESIA HIDUP SEHAT #DIRUMAHAJA
This paper is aimed to explain project leader’s role in creating event or public relations activity. In implementing this work, working programmes focused on how project leader’s role on implementing and setting the campign to succed by using concept of 4 phase of public relations planning which explained to nine stages. This campaign is organized by creative youth Cookpad Indonesia with a live streaming concept that had a theme of Creative Youth “Hidup Sehat #DiRumahAja”. The campaign is aimed to persuade adolescent to stay at home during covid-19 pandemic and to stay productive by cooking at home. This event involving students from high school and vocation school as participants in form of collaboration with school, especially vocational school with culinary major. Data is obtained from observation, and literature research as distributing questionnaire, reserch from official website, and observing directly to the field. The conclusion includes working process from pre event, event, and post event. Which also includes recommendation of further works.
