Abstract

This study aims to see how the role of the South Jakarta Administration City Information Communication Office in managing the Selatan.Jakarta.go.id website. Doing the public relations role according to the procedure. And Using the Principles of Two Way Symetrical theory, namely 1. Open Two-Way Communication, Honest, that the Public Relations of the Communication, Information and Statistics Office of the South Jakarta Administration City has implemented the principle of open, good and honest two-way communication on the website.
