This study aims to see how the role of the South Jakarta Administration City Information Communication Office in managing the Selatan.Jakarta.go.id website. The formulation of the problem of this research is to see how the Role of Public Relations of the Office of Communication, Statistics, City of Administration of South Jakarta in Managing the South Website .Jakarta.go.id. The results of the research in this study explain that through this website it can act as a disseminator of information to both internal and external. The Role of Public Relations of the Department of Communication and Information Technology and Statistics on the website convey information clearly, and is open to the public and internal. Doing the public relations role according to the procedure. And Using the Principles of Two Way Symetrical theory, namely 1. Open Two-Way Communication, Honest, that the Public Relations of the Communication, Information and Statistics Office of the South Jakarta Administration City has implemented the principle of open, good and honest two-way communication on the website. But comments and only comments. 2 Close Communication with Stakeholders, Communication Sub-Department, Statistics, City Administration, South Jakarta by maintaining good relations with the media. 3.
