This research aims to find Public Relations Strategy PT. Bank Mandiri branch Harco Mangga Dua in promoting Micro Credit Multipurpose product. The research question that to be proposed is how Public Relations Strategy Bank Mandiri branch Harco Mangga Dua in promoting Micro Credit Multipurpose product. The methods used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The subject of this research is Public Relations Strategy of PT. Bank Mandiri branch Harco Mangga Dua. Data collection technique obtained to through observation, interview, documentation. Observation in do in PT. Bank Mandiri branch Harco Mangga Dua, interview with key informan and informan, and documentation from media various like good print or online. The result showed that Public Relations Strategy PT. Bank Mandiri branch Harco Mangga Dua with Marketing Strategy Three Ways in promotion Micro Credit Multipurpose product. The conclusion research that PT. Bank Mandiri branch Harco Mangga Dua used Marketing Strategy Three Ways in implementation Marketing Public Relations to customer. The suggestion theoritical is theoritical Marketing Strategy Three Ways research used in research expected to be material of reference for other researcher and to be theory comparison with other Marketing Strategy Three Ways and to be expected can implementation Marketing Strategy Three Ways program like: Pull, Push and Pass Strategy.
