Abstract

This research aims to reveal the Marketing Public Relations strategy of  Roti Bakar 88 Shop Gor Damyati Tangerang in Maintain Loyality Customers. The Problem of the study is How is the Marketing Strategy of the Public Relations Roti Bakar 88 Shop Gor Damyati Tangerang in maintain the number customers? The research used the Three Ways Strategy concept from Thomas L.Harris. The subject of this researches was Public Relations Marketing, the subject consist of Key Informants and Informants. The object of his research is the Public Relations Marketing Strategy of the Roti Bakar 88 Shop in maintain loyalty customers. Data collection was obtained through non-participant observation, semistructured interviews and obtaining data from literature and qualitative studies.The results of the study showed that the Marketing Public Relations strategy of Roti Bakar 88 Shop Gor Damyati Tangerang which focuses on the Marketing division had succeeded in carrying out activities in maintain loyalty customers using Three Ways Strategy namely Push Strategy Publications through sosial media and Briefing,Pull Strategy in the form Media Events such Live Music, Watching with Ball and Publications a Pass Strategy in the form of Social Activities anda Local Sponsorship.
