Implementasi Kegiatan Employee Relations Dalam “Change Program 2018” Pada Departemen Surveilans Sistem Keuangan Bank Indonesia

This study discusses the implementation of employee relations activities in the "Change Program 2018" in the Bank Indonesia Financial System Surveillance Department. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of employee relations activities in the "Change Program 2018" in the Bank Indonesia Financial System Surveillance Department. This research method is qualitative descriptive. The research subject is the Financial System Surveillance Department. The theory used in this study is Relationships Management Theory by Jhon Ledingham. With the post-positivme paradigm, qualitative approach, and qualitative descriptive method to obtain data. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews with 3 informants and made observations. From the results of the results of the interview data and observations that have been conducted, the results of the research on employee relations activities conducted in the Bank Indonesia Financial System Surveillance Department have a positive impact on increasing employee motivation and work productivity, which can be seen from improving the quality of work and awards received for the Bank Indonesia Financial System Surveillance Department. The suggestion from this study is to increase change program activities that can lead to better communication between employees.
