This research aims to know the function of the Imap Website as a medium in fulfillment of Internal information needs among Partner Starbucks Store Pondok Indah in South Jakarta. This research uses qualitative research methods with an in-depth interview techniques. The study also uses techniques of observation to understand the situation of research directly. Data analysis technique used is the reduction of data where the data collected in the reduction and then served in the form of a narrative.. The results of this study explained that, the Imap Website has run his role as internal media fulfillment information for the partner of the Starbucks Shop Pondok Indah in South Jakarta. It can be seen from the passage function of the media as a means of information. In addition, the content of the Imap Website also has fulfilled what was expected by the partner. The Division of the content has been adapted to what is required by the partner. Interaction and socialization also quite effective in the Imap Website, it is evidenced by the existence of feedback that occurs between partners throughout Indonesia against the content of the information in the Imap Website.
