Abstract

The background of this research is to discuss about how the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) in Partnership Program and Community Development to maintaining company reputation. This research approach uses qualitative research and the paradigm of this research is a post-positivism. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research is Division Community Development of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) and communities as program beneficiaries. The object of this research is division community development of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero). A theory that used in this research is a Theory of stakeholders by approaching of Model Four-Step PR Process (Cutlip, Center, dan Broom), support stakeholders or society is a significant in defending the company reputation and approach a model Four-Step PR Processes help in responding to this research. All data will be collected through literatures, internet, observation, and in depth interviews of parties involved in CSR of PKBL. The result showed implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) in Partnership Program and Community Development get a positive feedback from communities who influence by increasing the reputation of company. The conclusion of the research is implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Get a good response of recipient community. A good response is one factor supporting the program achieved a purpose so that it can maintain the company reputation to be better. PT .Angkasa Pura II (Persero) have managed to build relation by stakeholders so getting support from stakeholders in any activity, balance between stakeholders and provided support in accordance with their needs stakeholders. The Advice are required to be added about human resources and increasing the socialization to the community.
