Abstract
This research aims are to find out and describe about how the Media Confergence of Radio Pemuda FM’s in the YouTube Usage. Formulation of the Problem of this research is about How is Media Convergence of Radio Pemuda FM in the YouTube Usage itself? The theory that researchers use to get a data is using Henry Jenkins Media Convergence Theory and the Impact of Media Convergence by Shirley Biagi. This research method is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The subject of this research is Radio Pemuda FM. Data collection was obtained through non-participant observation and in-depth interviews with the Founder & Head of Director along with supporting data for interviews with Digital Content, Group Director of Programs & Promotion, and Radio Pemuda FM Listeners. Other data is obtained through library research, documentation, and the internet. The result of this research indicate that radio Pemuda FM have done of convergence of media , of four the phase that is in the concept of the impact of convergence of media according to shirley biagi , radio Pemuda FM are more dominant to the stage of a series of , tissue broadcast and vertical integration. However at the inappropriate conglomerate stage radio Pemuda FM. This is because radio Pemuda FM is community radio, owned by any member of collectively. In addition, the lack of financial and human resources radio Pemuda FM during the production process.
