Abstract

This study to determine how much influence the quality of administration service fees UPT Puskesmas Benda Baru South Tangerang Satisfaction Inpatient, to know the quality administration service UPT Puskesmas Benda Baru South Tangerang on patient satisfaction. In this study, researchers used the paradigm positivism. The theory in this research use SOR (Stimulus-Organism-Response) by using quantitative research approaches. The method in this research used a collecting survey data obtained from questionnaires with a sample of 58 respondents drawn using the formula Slovin with random Sampling Based on the results of data if a majority of respondents are men and women with the amount of data male 21 respondents while women amounted to 37 respondents. Research results show that the coefficient between the Effect of Service Quality Administrative Services to 0.469 showing the correlation being, meaning that some of the inpatients have satisfaction on administration service at UPT Puskesmas Benda Baru at value 0.469> 0.40. And the figure is between 0.40 to 0.599 correlation coefficient has the relationship between the variables being. That the Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0,1 from r-table then it happens that the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there is significant that effect was concluded between the quality of administrative services Benda Baru UPT Puskesmas New South Tangerang Inpatient Satisfaction.
