Abstract
The background of this research is the existence of employee relations activities through the coaching “yuk kita membaca” to seek interest in employees reading. This study aims to describe employee relations activity through a coaching in seeking interest in reading employees and find out how the application form of employee relations activities of PT. Tren Data Indonesia through "Yuk Kita Membaca" coaching in seeking interest in reading employees. The research question asked is how employee relations activity of PT. Tren Data Indonesia through coaching "Yuk Kita Membaca" in seeking interest in employees reading. This research method is descriptive with qualitative approach. The theory used is the theory of relationship management by John Ledingham. Data collection was obtained through observation, in-depth interview with Human Resources which has the task of Public Relations in company as Key Informan and 3 person consisting of general manager, SPV Editor, and Analys. Data obtained through literature study and documentation from online media. The results showed that employee relations activities conducted by the company PT. Tren Data Indonesia in the Human Resources division in seeking interest in employees reading realized well and on target because by creating good relationships between employees and the company through a coaching "Yuk Kita Membaca", can facilitated the company in communicating and facilitate also employee relations activities done and can seek interest in reading employees. The conclusion of the research is employee relations activity conducted by Human Resources to seek interest in reading employees by establishing good relationship that manifested a coaching "Yuk Kita Membaca". Theoretical suggestion is expected to be an input for developers of communication disciplines in general, especially developers of science of employee relations activities through various activities and programs. The practical suggestion is PT. Tren Data Indonesia can maintain employee relations activity through such coaching in order to have good service quality.
