Abstract

This research aims to find out how the editorial strategy in social media content packaging on instagram account kompascom. The research question asked is how to package the editorial content on a social media account kompascom instagram? The method of this research is qualitative, descriptive. His research subject editors kompas.com in Jakarta. The collection of data obtained through a non-participant observation, interviews and documentation committed content division as key informants. The data obtained through the study of librarianship and documentation on various media, both print and online. The research results showed that the theory of Charles Berger Plan used to pack the social news on instagram account kompascom. On the account kompascom, only kompas.com instagram makes certain news or popular readers that will serve as the content the instagram. So, reading should still be using the site website news to obtain more complete news.
