Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine how much the influence activities of Employee Relations toward the work motivation of employee at Divisi Layanan & Contact Center PT BRI (Persero) Tbk. This research use theory of human motivation, Theory which introduced by A.H. Maslow and with uses a quantitative approach of positivism paradigm as well as using the method of associative explanative survey to obtain data. From the result of stratic test of SPSS version 22 shows there is a significant influence between the influence activities of Employee Relations (X) with toward the work motivation of Employee Relations. Can be seen from the coefficient value of 0,782 correlations at the strong level. The contribution of X to Y is 61,2% and the remaining 38,8% is influenced by other factors. Based on the hypothesis test obtained p-value on the significant column of 0.000 <0,005, ie the level of significant is called H1 accepted and H0 is rejected. Which means Employee Relations there significant Employee Relations toward the work motivation of Employee Relations toward at Divisi Layanan dan Contact Center PT BRI (Persero) Tbk.
