This study aims to determine the Strategy of Public Relations in developing the Publication of Kampung Batik Kembang Mayang. The formulation of the problem of this research is how is the Strategy of the Public Relations of Tangerang City Government in an effort to Develop Publication of Kampung Batik Kembang Mayang Tourism Site through Instagram Social Media? The researcher used the concept of the PENCILS from Philip Kotler. The research subject was the Public Relations of the Tangerang City Government, the subject consisted of Key informants and informants. The object of the research is the Tangerang City Government and Batik Kembang Mayang Village. Data collection is obtained through non-participant observation, semi-terstructured interviews and obtaining data from literature studies and observation. The results of the research that the Strategy was carried out by the Central Government Public Relations of the Tangerang City Government in developing Publications of Tourism Places in Kampung Batik Kembang Mayang via Instagram Social Media using the Concept of PENCILS. Many activities carried out by the Batik Kembang Mayang Village as well as the Tangerang City Government Public Relations Center.
