Abstract
The final task of creation of this work is intended to know how social media content design strategy Kedai Kopi Kulo to increase brand awareness on coffee shop Kulo products in conducting promotional activites on products. The purpose of creation on this work is to make social media content design Kedai Kopi Kulo. For its supporting works creators make billboard as supporting media in addition to promotion through Facebook and Instagram media. To make the idea of creative concept of creation of this work the creators do a research and observation, but the brief given by the client must certainly be adjusted. Writing the creation of this work explains the process of creating creative strategies using Facebook and Instagram media to increase brand awareness in the coffee shop Kulo. From accepting the client brief, collecting data, determining creatives strategies, to determining the right medium for promotional activities. Internet marketing is the foundation of the theory that is the basis of final task creation of this work. As well as determining STP (Segmentation, targeting, positioning) and 7P (Product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence) is a process that must be passed to determine the creative strategy in marketing communication strategy through Facebook and Instagram media.
