Strategi Tim Produksi Star Radio 107.3 Fm Dalam Menentukan Topik Di Program “Star In The Morning” Periode Oktober 2018

This study aims to determine how the strategy of the production team of Star Radio 107.3 FM in determining topics in the "Star In The Morning" program for the October 2018 period. In this study, researchers used the post-positivism paradigm with a qualitative approach and also a descriptive method. That is why this research was based on the results of interviews and observations that researchers have done for each of the informants, namely the research subjects were members of the Star In The Morning production team including Key Informants, Informants 1 and Informants 2. The research object was the Star In The Morning broadcast program on Star Radio. The results showed that the strategy used in the purpose of determining the topic when the production of broadcast programs was a strategy based on Peter Pringle's strategy concept program. Planning reveals the strategies of the production team, namely attractions, interest, desire, actions. The role of the production team and its duties and responsibilities becomes the organizing stage. The existence of chemistry in all aspects becomes the stage of direction and gives influence in determining the topic. Alternative comparisons and program evaluations are the stages of supervision carried out by the production team.
