Abstract

History is the most valuable lesson and creates a better life for the future. Unfortunately, history has forgotten from our minds and the stories are refraction. The design of this coffee table book intends to review and introduce a little bit about history, he was the king at the Surakarta Palace, Sri Susuhunan Paku Buwono XII. The contents of this coffee table book are collection of photographs from the last 10 years before Raja Paku Buwono XII passed away in June 2004 which is packaged in a layout that is as simple as possible so that readers can focus on the photos displayed in this book, all photos in this coffee table book is the personal photography of IGP Wiranegara as the video make, photographerr and also as friend of Raja Paku Buwono XII, hope that the readers can feel the time when the king lives and get a new and positive perspective on this historical figure. And hope that this book can revive and appreciate the importance of history even though we haven't lived at that time.
