Abstract

The work of this paper aims to develop all information about Central Java culinary into illustration books for the purpose of being a medium of teenager education and provide a new alternative in the delivery of information more interesting to teenager about Central Java cuisine. The media used in this work is printed media. The method of creation of this work is also done by literature study, internet, and field that is conducting interview with Pondok Bumbu catering and questionnaire with Tunas Grafika vocational high school. The conclusion of this work is a very supportive element as well as the use of storytelling, illustration, and color that should match its use.
