PERANCANGAN BUKU ILUSTRASI PENGENALAN ALAT MUSIK MARAWIS SEBAGAI MEDIA ILMU PENGETAHUAN ANAK – ANAK USIA 6 SAMPAI 12 TAHUN DI JAKARTA

Abstract

Creating this work aims to participate in introducing knowledge about the traditional culture of Marawis Musical Instruments to the children. Education through the illustration book has purpose to make children easily understand about the topic of introduction of Marawis Musical Instrument that has been presented. This illustration book also provides a new alternative way to convey information about an interesting topic for children which tells all about The Marawis itself, so it can foster children's reading interest and the children’s interest in Marawis. The idea formulation of the this book creator is the creator wants to make an interesting illustration book about marawis musical instrument. The tool used in this work is the print out device which is the illustration book. The method of creating the work is done by literature study through books, internet, observation and interview the children aged 6 to 12 years in the area of Jalan Tabah Kebayoran Lama South Sukabumi Kebon Jeruk South Jakarta. The conclusion of the work is an illustration plays an important role in the illustration book which is a very supportive element and is combined with the suitable colors and typography.
