This research is about public relation strategy of the partnership division in Kidzania Jakarta on maintaining good relationships with their working partners. The purpose of this research is to know the public relation strategy of the partnership division in Kidzania Jakarta on maintaining good relationships with their working partners. The formulation of the problem of this research would be what is the public relation strategy of the partnership division in Kidzania Jakarta on maintaining good relationships with their working partners? The method that being used in this research to analyze the problems in this research is the descriptive qualitative research method. For the theory that being used in this research is the SWOT Analysis Theory by Albert Humphrey S. and Relation Theory (System Theory) by Grunig and Dozier. The subject of this research is the partnership division in KidZania Jakarta and the object for this research focused on the public relation strategy on maintaining good relationship. Researcher presents data information collected from both of the internal and external side of the company, non participant analysis observation, also semi-structured interview with some of the source that linked to the problems of this research. The Conclusion of this research is, in doing the public relation strategy on maintaining good relationships with the working partners, KidZania Jakarta is stressing on the strength, weakness, threat and opportunity first. After that, they apply one of the relation theory that is system theory which was connected to each other through the partnership benefits also doing a good personal approach and having qualified human resource to be the criteria of a partnership officer in KidZania Jakarta and doing some evaluation when the partnership contract is over.
