PERANCANGAN KOMIK BELAJAR BAHASA JEPANG DENGAN HURUF ROMAJI UNTUK USIA 15-16 TAHUN DI SMA BUDI LUHUR KARANG TENGAH

Abstract

This paper of creative works aims to provide an educative media of Japan Language that has entertain value for first year students of Budi Luhur Senior High School. As for the background behind Japan Language as the main object of this creative works is because many students has interest in Japan Language nowadays. It is proven by the existence of Japan Language as extracurricular and also Japan Language has become compulsory subject at Budi Luhur Senior High School. The study at school uses textbooks or printed book. The method is still very relevant, but it would be better if there were an additional learning media that are more interesting, fun, build their imagination, and has illustrations. Therefore, comics can be a solution. Comics basically preferred by students because it has lots of illustrations. Comics with educative purposes contain Japan Language material are expected could be an additional alternative media aside from formal textbooks. In addition, the Japan Language Learning Comic is also expected to help students to understand in learning that may be less understood in the formal class.
