In an organizational communication, the conducive employee relationship is indispensable due it develop a good relationship between leader and employee,employee and leader nor with an employees member it self. One of activities of employee relation is special event program.This research aim to find out how much employee relation activities influence to motivate PT Smailing Tour's employees performance.Using motivations work teory, this research using positivism paradigm, quantitative approach and survey metodh associative explanative in collecting data. Collecting technique obtainable by questionnaires and from the spread of proportioned stratified random sampling on 77 sample from 328 total employees on the end of 2016. From the result of data showing the calculation correlation between activities employee relations to motivation is 0,789. By determination experiment r (r square) can be conculated that the influence of employee relations (variebl x to motivations work (variabel y) it’s 62,2%, while the rest 37,8% Influenced by other factors, example like annual bonus, promotion, salary adjusment. After do the research,the result can be proved that H a received an H 0 rejected, it can be seem from significane as much as 0,000 < 0,005, it means there isan influence employee relations (as variabel x) to motivate performance of PT. Smailing Tour’s employees.
