Backed of curiosity from research on the work of the producer strategy on the Hitam Putih in TRANS7 (episode the unusual marriage of the teens 16 years old with the grandmother 71 years old) ini bringing the speakers and review more deeply and make the curiosity of viewers answered and always waiting for the Hitam Putih program. The concept used is the concept of broadcasting management functions (Morissan). The paradigm used is the paradigm of constructivism using qualitative research approach. The result of this research shows that the strategy done by the producer in determining the friend and the content by looking at the situation or circumstances surrounding the people who are warm-up by going through the stages of planning and organizing, directing, supervision and discussion on Hitam Putih program in TRANS7, the conclusion in this research is that the production management function contained in the Hitam Putih program on TRANS7 is essentially the same as the management function in other production programs.
