Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine public relations strategies in improving employee performance motivation. The formulation of this research is how the internal public relations strategy is done in motivating the performance of employees in PT. Bina Mitra Usaha. The theory used in this research is Abraham Maslow's motivational theory (Hierarchy of Needs / Hierarchy of Needs). The method used in this research is descriptive - qualitative with qualitative research approach. Subjects in this research is Public Relations PT. Bina Mitra Usaha. The object of this research is Public Relations Strategy. Data collection was obtained through interview process and non-parcipant observation, besides the data obtained through literature study and non-paste observation. In addition, the data obtained from various sources such as documents, online news, public opinion and others. The results showed that the Internal Strategy in improving the performance of employee motivation conducted Public Relations at PT. Bina Mitra Usaha To Achieve Sales Targets based on Abraham Maslow's motivational theory is to meet the social needs of the workwriters are met. The conclusion in this research is Public Relations PT. Bina Mitra Usaha to be able to further improve motivation for employees in the company. PT. Bina Mitra Usaha is a legal body of Gas Fuel (BBG) which is a business partner of PT. Pertamina. PT. Bina Mitra Usaha is one of the 3kg LPG gas distributor. PT. Bina Mitra Usaha in the field of Gas Fuel (BBG) industry is not a sudden presence, but it is a long process of thought and preparation.
