KOMUNIKASI ANTARPRIBADI CAMERAMAN DENGAN PRESENTER DALAM PROGRAM TRAFFIC UPDATE PADA MEDIA STREAMING NTMC TV

Abstract

This research was to determine the interpersonal communication is done between the cameraman with presenter in the production of the program streaming media NTMC TV. The research question posed is how interpersonal communication between the cameraman with presenter in the production of the program streaming media NTMC TV?. The theory used in this research is the theory that describs humanistic theory from Joseph A. DeVito about five positive attitude in which there are elements of Openness, Empathy, Attitude Support, Positive Attitude, and Equality. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Subjects were the cameraman and presenter. While the object of this study is the interpersonal communication itself. Data was collected this reseacrh using in dept interview techniques against Executive  Producer, Cameraman, and Presenter. As well as the study of literature consisting of books a source of reading research. The results showed that interpersonal communication betwen the cameraman with presenter in the news program traffic update goes well because it fulfills all aspects that exist, such as when the pre production happened, Openness and Empathy can be seen from them who tell each other about theirs family and each empathy after knowning the condition of theirs family. When production occurs the attitude of Support and Equality  can be seen from their mutual suggestions and they prioritize the teamwork during production. When the production occurs positive attitude and support attitude can be seen from mutual respect and respond positively criticism and iput submitted by each side.
