This study aims to determine the internal relations activities of PT. ACE Hardware Paramount Serpong in motivating employees' work. The research question asked is how the internal relations activities of PT. ACE Hardware Paramount Serpong in motivating employees' work. The approach of this research is qualitative with descriptive method. Research subjects are key informants and informants associated with internal relations activities at PT. ACE Hardware Paramount Serpong. Data collection was obtained through observation, interview, documentation. Observations conducted at PT. ACE Hardware Paramount Serpong, interviews with key informants and several informants and documentation from various media, both print and online. The results showed that the internal relations activities at PT. ACE Hardware Paramount Serpong in motivating employees work in accordance with the theory of motivation hierarchy Abraham Maslow needs in motivating employee work. The conclusion of the research is the internal relations activities at PT. ACE Hardware Paramount Serpong meets five categories of employee needs to motivate employees' work in order to increase work productivity and achieve target every year. The theoretical suggestions of further research are expected to develop motivational theories and practical suggestions to carry out internal activities consistently and to create other motivational internal activities.
