COMMUNICATIONS OF PUBLIC SERVICE THROUGH WEBSITE ON PPID PPID KANTOR KESATUAN BANGSA DAN POLITIK (KESBANGPOL) TANGERANG CITY IN PROCESSING LICENSE

Abstract

This study aims to find out how public communications through website on PPID  Kesbangpol Tangerang City in the process of making licensing, activities and dissemination of information can be done with the purpose of one of them in the process of making licensing letters of research recommendations or apprenticeship. Theories used on this research is sitasional public theory and  two-way assymatrical by James E. Grunig. The methodology used on this research is paradigm constructive and qualitative approach methodology. Data collection techniques in this study was conducted by applying the form of primary data that is in-depth interview on administration staff and kesbangpol's administrator of Tangerang city and 3 informan which in communications public through Kesbangpol's website on processing license. The result of this research in running public communications, PPID Tangerang city applies service activities public on website such information dissemination, processing permissions based on website and published  Kesbangpol’s activities. PPID Kesbangpol also provide some draft form content and guest book on website homepage for the people who want to express their  aspiration, criticsm and  suggestion
