Abstract

Public Relations Strategy PT PLN (Persero) Pusdiklat In Improving Employee Performance Quality. Strategies undertaken by public relations to the company to maintain or develop the company through an internal relationship (Employee Relations). where the strategy is run by public relations to provide comfort to employees. In the company, the party responsible for its employees is the PR. This study discusses about the improvement of employee performance quality which is public relations strategy of PT. PLN (Persero) Pusdiklat. The formulation of this research problem is how public relations strategy of PT. PLN (Persero) Pusdiklat. The purpose of this research is to know how strategy. The concept used in this study is PR Strategy According to Ahmad S. Adnanputra in Rosady Ruslan's book is Oprasional Strategy, Persuasive and educative approach, responsibility approach and social relations, Cooperative approach, Coordinative and integrative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with research subject is public relations PT. PLN (Persero) Pusdiklat. This research data is obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants and informants, non-participant observation as well as literature study and documentation. The results of this study obtained by researchers showed that Public Relations Strategy PT PLN (Persero) Pusdiklat In Improving Employee Performance Quality can be done properly according to Planning. The strategy used can make employees motivated and the quality of performance increases and get positive feedback from the company. Theoretical suggestions that researchers can give is PR Strategy PT PLN (Persero) Pusdiklat In Improving Employee Performance Quality can be propagated through the literature of Communication Science so it can provide convenience for other researchers to get a reference. While the practical advice is PT. PLN (Persero) Pusdiklat can develop the next strategy to maintain the already achieved.
