PENGARUH TAYANGAN GARUDA DI NET TV TERHADAP PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI ANGGOTA TENTARA NASIONAL INDONESIA DALAM BERTUGAS (Survei Terhadap Anggota TNI AD di Batalyon Infanteri Para Raider 328 Kostrad)

Abstract

Writing this essay about increasing motivarion of member of Indonesia Army Land in Battalion Infantry Para Raider 328 Kostrad in duty. In carrying out his professions as a public servant. The TNI must have motivation to achieve its objectives. To see the performance of the TNI as a public servant, it can be see from the motivations of the TNI members. The purpose of this study to determine the results of impressions Garuda Impressions on NET TV Againts Increased Motivation Member of the Indonesian National Army in the Duty. Assessment is reviewed from a quantitative approach, to measure an influence between two variabels using the StimulusOrganism-Response (S-O-R) theory. The subjrct of this study was the Indonesia Armed Forces Army Member in Battalion Infantry Para Raider 328 Kostrad with a total population of 642 by taking samples of 246 respondents by using the slovin formula. Data collection through questionnaire technique, and from the result of statistical test of SPSS version 22 shows that there is a significant influence between GARUDA Impressions on NET TV (X) with Increased Motivation of Indonesia National Army Member in Duty Member of Army (Y). Can be seen from the coefficient value of 0.836 correlation is located at a very strong level. Contribution of X to Y is 31,8% and the rest 68,2% influenced by variabel not examined. Based on the hypothesis test, the significant level of 0,000<0,005 is the Level Of Significant called H0 refused so alternative and Ha accepted, it means that GARUDA show on NET TV has Influence on Improving Motivation of Indonesia National Army Members in Duty (Survey of Army Member in Battalion Infantry Para Raider 328 Kostrad).
