Abstract
Research aims to determine Employee Relations activity in improving employee performance at PT. XL Axiata Tbk. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Subject of research is part Employee Relations PT. XL Axiata Tbk. This study uses the paradigm of kontruktivisme. The theory used in this research is the relationship management theory by Jhon Ledingham. The results of this study explain that (1) Employee Relations activity is an integral part of the employees of PT. XL Axiata Tbk. (2) The benefits of both parties is the success of employee and company relationships, with a Employee Relatios activies provide benefits for employees and employers. (3) Employee Relations activity are closely related to employee, as employees are an important element in activities that have been prepared by Employee Relations managers. (4) Companies desperately need Employee Relations activity so that employees can improve performance far from achievement previously
