ANALISIS FRAMING DUGAAN AHOK SEBAGAI TERSANGKA PADA KASUS PENISTAAN AGAMA DI MEDIA MASSA METRO TV DAN TV ONE

Abstract

This research is to know how Tv One and Metro Tv framing the news about Ahok Alleged incident as a suspect in case of blasphemy. Period November 8, 2016 by using Framing analysis Robert N. Entman. The theory used in this research is Robert N. Entman Analysis Theory which uses four elements of analysis, the four elements of the framing are Define Problems, Diagnose Causes, Make Moral Judgment, Treatment Recommendation. The research methodology used framing analysis. The research approach is qualitative. Using constructivist paradigm. The result of the research that Metro Tv canderung give good image or positive side to ahok as well as how that ahok is innocent because in his speech ahok dikepulauan thousand that there are no words that harass or defame the Muslims. While the Tv One media tend to give negative side to ahok as well as that ahok must apologize to the Muslims related to his words that harass and insult the Muslims. In this study the researchers concluded by analysis, that there are differences in the delivery of this news can be seen in protrusion headline, text and visual of both mass media. Media ownership factors can also affect to the preaching which becomes the determinant of the content of the news a news informed to the audience.
