PERANCANGAN BUKU ILUSTRASI SILAT TRADISIONAL “EDISI SILAT RAHMAT” SEBAGAI MEDIA INFORMASI DI PERGURUAN NAGA NGER’EM, PONDOK KACANG-TANGERANG

Abstract

This research aims to provide the information of indonesia culture which is Martial art and provide potential alternatives in the delivery of interesting information to the public. Design ideas in the creation of this study was conducted to introducing young generation toward the culture of martial art. Media used in this study contained by using print media. Research method of this study was done by interviewing teachers and students at institutions of Naga Nger’em, Pondok Kacang - Tangerang. The conclusion of this research shows that an illustration has a significant role within book and becomes such a very supportive element with the appropriate use of color and typography.
