PEMAKNAAN FILM DOKUMENTER “KORAN BY HEART” PADA MURID MAJELIS ILMU TAHSIN MASJID AR-RAHMAN, TANGERANG

Abstract

This study aims to determine the meaning catch by Students of Tahsin Mosque Ar-Rahman about Documentary Film Koran By Heart . The question asked by this researcher is how “The students meaning of Tahsin Masjid Ar-Rahman Tangerang about documentary film “Koran by Heart”. This research approach is the reception analysis using Stuart Hall meaning theory. The subjects of this study are students of the Assembly Tahsin Masjid Ar-Rahman Tangerang. The data collection techniques in this study using interview, to the 6 informants who had watched this film more than twice. Result of this study showed that found a variety of meaning, dominant, negotiation, and opposition. The position of the 6 informants who answered the questions given by the researcher through the interview. Conclusion is from the results of research conducted by researchers through interviews that got and described that the informants in interpreting the documentary “Koran by Heart”, this has a different point of view and Different judgments because they are different at, in the background, age and experience. The theoretical suggestion expected by the researcher is for further research to use methods and theories used differently from this research so as to add to the communication research.
