Abstract
Employees are an important part in every company, because employees who run the goals of the company. To achieve company goals then the performance and employee relations must be considered and well maintained for the results given to the company is also good. This research aims to find out how the management of employee relations in improving employee performance at PT.Astra International Tbk-TSO, Bintaro Branch. As a company engaged in services and goods PT.Astra International, Tbk-TSO, Bintaro Branch needs to build a good relationship to the external. But to build a good relationship out, internal relationships must be established first. This company makes employee relations management as a form of effort in establishing internal relationships, to improve employee performance. This research method using descriptive qualitative. Research subjects are Customer Relations Coordinator PT.Astra International Tbk-TSO, Bintaro Branch. This research uses post-positivism paradigm and qualitative approach. The theory used in this research is Relationships Management Theory (Relationship Management Theory) by John Ledingham. The results of this study explain that employee performance can be formed from a good relationship, through employee relations performance of employees to be better and increased than ever before. Through the employee relations activities undertaken at PT.Astra International Tbk-TSO, Bintaro Branch has grown good internal relationships resulting in a teamwork, high dedication to the company, loyalty, discipline, and good communication so as to improve employee performance And eliminating the constraints in working.
